About Me

Organic Wholesale Club
I’m a 53-year-old father of two children living in Chatham New York. I’m not a big fan of writing about “me” so here it is. • Grew up in NYC • Parents upper middle class Jewish alcoholics • Became a heroin addict at 19 • Got clean and in recovery at 28 • Spent over 20 years in radio making a fool of myself and having a blast • Married DeeAnn Veeder in 1993 she is a woman of great patience and humor • Had two kids 8 year old Gabriel who is nicknamed Napoleon and 14 year old teenage daughter Zoe who doesn’t like me to get out of the car at the bus stop in case her friends might see me. • Started Organic Vending in 2005 after finding slim Jims on my kid’s lunch line. It has grown to the largest Organic and Natural vending business in the US with over 2000 snack machines in hundreds of businesses and schools. • Begin consulting Organic Vending start ups nationwide see www.organicvendingconsulting.com I am also beginning to develop a program that will make organic foods available to low income school districts free of charge or at cost. If you would like to offer ideas or be involved in this project please get in touch with me via E-mail.
